1) To raise funds for the School Music Programs in Strasburg, VA above and beyond what the school system provides.

2) To serve as a logistical support organization for the performing ensembles of the Strasburg School Music Programs.

3) To advocate among the community of Strasburg, VA for the students of the School Music Programs specifically and universal music education in general.
